Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Echo & Ink is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses will incur a reshipping fee. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Our return policy is detailed in a separate document. In summary: you have 25 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original archival packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection.
