Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind every garment that leaves our archive. Returns are accepted under specific conditions — designed to be fair to both our customers and our commitment to reducing unnecessary waste.
Return Window

Return requests must be made within 25 days of delivery to ensure we can resolve issues quickly. The 25-day window begins on the day your order is marked "delivered" by the carrier. Weekends and holidays are included in this window.

Return Conditions

Unworn
Garment must show no signs of wear, including deodorant marks, pet hair, or scent.

Unwashed
No washing, dry cleaning, or any attempt to alter the garment's condition.

Original Condition
Return item in its original condition as received.
Contact support@echoandink.shop to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to maintain our sustainable footprint.
Return Process

To initiate a return, email our support team at support@echoandink.shop with your order number and a photo of the item(s) you wish to return. You will receive a return authorization and instructions within 3 business days.
Once your return is authorized, you will receive an email with instructions on where to ship the item. Echo & Ink is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount.
  • Items returned with damage, stains, or odors will not be refunded.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges

If you need a different size, we may offer a one-time exchange or store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
If you need assistance with sizing before ordering, our support team is available to help. Email support@echoandink.shop with your height, weight, and preferred fit — we'll guide you to the right size.
Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Items showing visible wear, wash, or alteration
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings
Our return policy is designed to be fair — firm enough to protect the integrity of our archive, flexible enough to honor genuine sizing issues. If you have questions about fit before ordering, reach out to support@echoandink.shop. We respond within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday.
